Ali B.Kutvan was born in Ankara. Kutvan has a Ph.D degree in management science. Graduated from Hacettepe University, (BA), Ä°stanbul Technical University, (M.Sc), Ä°stanbul University and Marmara University, (Ph.D). Worked as a lecturer in BoÄŸaziçi and Marmara Universities and also worked in Apple Computer in charge of Apple Global Education Project and Apple University Consorsium. He won International Rotary scholarship and he was the one who joint Group Study Exchange program in the UK / London. Founder of Interactive Publishers Association as well as some innovative companies and enterprises. Took part in multinational companies and International NGO's as Non-Executive Adviser / Director in their Supervisory Boards and Board of Directors. Published several academic papers and research studies in national and international academic magazines. Owner of some achievements and awards such as “First Prize of Science and Technology” Junior Chamber International, 1996, “Outstanding Young Man of the Year / Community Services”, Rotary International, 1997, “Finalist of Major Awards of Informatics”, 1996. Faculty member of NiÅŸantaşı University (Turkey), visiting Professor in the State Academy of Public Administration (Azerbaijan) and President of Kutvan Group. President of Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute.

Was born in Ankara, 1956. Has M.Sc degree in architecture. Board member of Kutvan Group. Graduated from State Academy of Architecture and Engineering, (BA), Hacettepe University (M.Sc). Attended Ph.D program in urban planning department in METU. Worked as an architect and coordinator in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Turkey. Attended tourism marketing certificate program in World Trade Center, NY / USA. Her book was published in 2009 titled “Touristic Attractiveness as a Planning Criteria”. Designed lots of architectural and interior projects in Turkey and aboard. Owner of restoration award; Municipality of Ä°zmir, 2004.
Rana Kutvan was born in Istanbul, took her high school education in Nisantasi Kiz Lisesi. She then studied fashion at LCC and Istasyon Art Center while working as a designer. She moved to New York, USA in 1997.
From an early age Rana Kutvan had a keen interest in both fashion and psychology hence, next to her education in Fashion, she also studied Psychology at City University New York (CUNY) with a double major in Psychology and Special Honors. She graduated cum laude. During her studies Rana Kutvan interned at the Albert Ellis Institute, one of the world’s foremost psychology institutes, studying Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
Rana Kutvan returned to Istanbul in 2008 and founded Karakter A Consultancy company. Karakter A has references such as Turkcell, Cnn Turk, Aras Kargo. In 2010 Kutvan became one of the partners and Board Member of Kutvan Group.
